“Back in Action” is a 2025 American action-comedy film directed by Seth Gordon, marking Cameron Diaz’s return to acting after an 11-year hiatus. The film also stars Jamie Foxx, Glenn Close, Kyle Chandler, and Andrew Scott. The story follows former CIA agents Matt (Jamie Foxx) and Emily (Cameron Diaz), who, after faking their deaths 15 years earlier to start a family, are living under new identities in suburban Atlanta with their teenage children, Alice and Leo. Their tranquil life is disrupted when their past catches up with them, forcing the couple to return to their espionage roots to protect their family.
