“Amigos” is a Telugu action-thriller that brings a unique twist to the doppelganger concept, weaving a gripping tale around identity and hidden motives. The story begins when Siddharth, a young businessman, accidentally discovers two men who look exactly like him—Manjunath, a gentle software engineer, and Michael, a mysterious figure with a cold demeanor. They meet through a doppelganger-finding website and quickly become friends. However, beneath their initial camaraderie lies a dark secret: one of them is actually a dangerous international criminal wanted by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) of India.

Nandamuri Kalyan Ram delivers a powerful performance, portraying all three characters with distinct personalities: the kind-hearted Siddharth, the timid Manjunath, and the ruthless, scheming Michael/Bipin Roy. The tension between these characters leads to intense mind games, keeping the audience guessing about who is truly a friend and who is the enemy.
