Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre — who says she has ‘days to live’ — was involved in bus crash but no injuries were reported: cops

Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Roberts Giuffre was involved in a crash with a school bus in Australia last week — but there were “no reported injuries,” police said Tuesday.

The 41-year-old revealed news of the wreck in a social media post, saying she had just four days to live after being seriously injured in the ordeal.

The mom of three, who didn’t provide exact details on where or when the crash unfolded, also shared a photo of herself lying bruised and battered in a hospital bed as she recovered.

Police have since confirmed the wreck unfolded in Neergabby, north of Perth, at about 3 p.m. March 24, The West Australian reported.

But a police spokesperson said there were “no reported injuries as a result of the crash.”

“The collision was reported by the bus driver the following day,” the spokesperson said.

“The car sustained approximately $2,000 worth of bus damage.”

Giuffre’s rep, however, insisted Tuesday that cops were called — but never came.

“The police were called but said there was no one available to come to the scene. They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital,” a spokeswoman said.

“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.”

Giuffre was “banged up and bruised” and later admitted herself to the hospital – where she remains – after her condition worsened, the rep added.

The new details came after Giuffre said the wreck had left her on her deathbed suffering from kidney renal failure.

“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving [60 mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” she wrote alongside the photo.

“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes. S–T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s–t at the end of the day.”

Giuffre — who accused Prince Andrew of 𝑠e𝑥ually abusing her when she was 17 after she was trafficked by Epstein — has been living in Western Australia with her husband.

Her father, Sky Roberts, told DailyMail.com the couple had recently split and were embroiled in a messy divorce.

“She’s in really bad shape,” he said.

“She’s very depressed … there’s everything else she’s been going through with the divorce and not being able to see her kids.”

Roberts, who lives in Florida and has yet to speak to his daughter, added: “I’m sick to my stomach. I feel like crying because I love my daughter more than life.”

“If there’s anything I could do, I’d do it.”

Giuffre — who is among Epstein’s most high-profile accusers — had slapped a lawsuit against Prince Andrew several years back accusing the British royal of having 𝑠e𝑥 with her when she was just 17.

The disgraced royal has long claimed he doesn’t recall ever meeting Giuffre — despite being photographed with her and Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, in 2001.

He settled a lawsuit with her out of court in 2022, though no liability was admitted.
