50 Cent has found a new mentor in fellow filmmaker Tyler Perry.

The rapper-actor recently connected with the billionaire at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta. In photos he posted to Instagram on Tuesday, June 25, you can see sign welcoming Fif and his G-Unit Films & Television company at the front of the massive property. 50 Cent had the opportunity to tour the premises and soak up some advice from the actor, director, and playwright.

“I’m leaving no room for error Tyler showed me some shit today that inspired me,” he wrote in his caption. “I need all my money if you owe me, you better give me mine now!”

The “Power” creator has a few things in common with Perry. Both actors have opened their own film studios, created successful TV shows, and starred in hit films. Amid whispers of an alleged competition between them, 50 Cent took to Instagram last week and shut down everybody who tried to pin them against one another.

“Yes 👏👏👏I’m doing great but you’re getting it fvcked up, if you think me and Tyler will be at odds at any point,” he wrote on Instagram. “He’s helping me, already going out of his way to aid my progress. So in the nicest way 🤨cut the s**t ! @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi.”

50 Cent has defended Perry several times in the past. Four years after Perry opened his studios in Atlanta, 50 Cent debuted his new film studios in Shreveport, La. During the grand opening in April, 50 Cent was honored by Mayor Tom Arceneaux, who presented him with a key to the city and designated April 18 as 50 Cent Day in Shreveport. One troll online tried to compare him to the Mea Culpa director by writing, “Dude lowkey becoming the male Tyler Perry it’s crazy to see.”

“LOL. Yall better stop playing, Tyler will f**k yall up he ain’t no sucker,” Fif responded. “Don’t get it f**ked up now !”
