Ironheart (2025) is a new Marvel Studios limited series consisting of six episodes, set after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The story follows Riri Williams, a young tech genius who returns to her hometown of Chicago to continue developing her own high-tech armor, stepping into the role of the superhero Ironheart. Her journey takes a dark turn when she comes into conflict with Parker Robbins, aka The Hood, a dangerous figure who uses dark magic—setting the stage for a unique clash between advanced technology and ancient mysticism within the MCU. Beyond the action, Ironheart explores Riri’s inner struggles as she tries to forge her own identity in a world full of expectations and threats. Set against the vibrant and gritty backdrop of Chicago, the series blends supernatural elements with grounded emotional storytelling, offering a fresh perspective on heroism, legacy, and self-discovery. Ironheart will premiere on Disney+ starting June 24, 2025.
