‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor & Nikki Protect Their Family
On Monday, Victor and Nikki take action to protect their family. Nikki tells Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) she’s willing to give up Chancellor, but only after seeing Nick. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Amanda brings Nikki and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) to the storage room, where they’re horrified to find a large pool of blood.
“If my son is injured or if he is even hungry, or thirsty, there will be hell to pay,” Nikki warns. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) soon arrives with an update on Nick’s condition.
Meanwhile, Victor and Chance eavesdrop as Cane pressures Carter to confess. A guard bursts in, revealing Nick and Sharon have escaped. Victor orders Chance to handle it and goes to look for his son. He finds a wounded Nick on the train. Sharon explains everything, and Victor makes a chilling promise: “Ashby will pay for this, I promise you.”
Chance Meets a Tragic End, and So is Carter
It looks like Chance won’t be returning to Genoa City for good. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal he’s killed by the real murderer, Carter (Vincent Stalba). After confessing to killing Damian Kane (Jermain Rivers), Carter asks Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) to help him escape. When Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) arrives, Carter takes her hostage at gunpoint. Chance urges him to surrender, but Carter refuses and drags Lily away.
Billy runs into them at the maze and tries to de-escalate. Meanwhile, Chance and Cane move into position. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane offers himself in Lily’s place, and Carter eventually lets her go. As Carter prepares to shoot Cane, Chance intervenes. A struggle breaks out, and a gunshot rings out. Chance falls to the ground. Billy checks his pulse, but it’s too late. He’s gone.
Soon after, another shot is heard. They find Carter dead in an apparent suicide.
Billy & Phyllis Still Think About Business
Cane checks on Lily, who says she just wants to go home and apologizes for accusing him of killing Damian. Later, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) learn about Chance’s death. Jack lashes out, but Cane calmly replies, “It’s over, let everyone know they can go home.” Jack reminds him that not everyone is—Chance and Damian are gone.
Billy urges Cane to return to Genoa City. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Cane agrees and says he wants to fund Abbott Communications. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) arrives, and Billy asks if she’s interested in helping take back Chancellor.
