The trio watched the action from the Royal Box, which got underway with home hopeful Norrie’s clash with fourth seed Alexander Zverev.
During the match, Guardiola was spotted by BBC cameras appearing to give Maria a tactical masterclass.
The intense City boss animatedly waved his hands as if he were conducting his reigning Premier League champions.
Spotting the exchange, BBC commentator Simon Reed said: “There’s Pep. He’s intense, even if he’s watching tennis. And he’s got ideas.”
John McEnroe then asked: “What’s his idea for Norrie?”
Fans enjoyed the hilarious exchange, with one writing on social media: “Pep doing tactics at Wimbledon ahahahah he needs to be stopped.”
While a second joked: “Telling her about inverted swings.”
And another added: “Love it. Advocating the single pivot in a tennis match is pure Pep.”
Zverev, 27, went on to beat Norrie 6-4 6-4 7-6 – leaving no Brits remaining in the men’s singles draw.
After his triumph, the German made a tongue-in-cheek plea to Guardiola.
He said in his on-court interview: “It’s an incredible honour to play on this beautiful Centre Court and to play in front of the Royal Box.
“We have had so many great guests. For me, a football legend Pep Guardiola.
“When I saw Pep, I got so nervous for a few games there. Thanks a lot for coming, it’s a great privilege, a great honour.
“By the way, last thing, Bayern Munich need a coach, man.
“And if you are tired of football, you can coach me on the tennis court anytime.”
Guardiola laughed at the suggestion, before blowing the recent French Open finalist a kiss.
