Croatian electric hypercar Rimac Automobili is celebrating its 15 years in the automotive industry by introducing a special edition version of the Nevera. The production of the Nevera 15th Anniversary Edition will be limited to just nine units, each priced at €2.35 million (~$2.54 million). The first example of the Anniversary Edition will make its public at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, where it will also participate in the hill climb event. The limited edition features a beautiful dual-tone finish that combines gloss exposed carbon fiber on the bottom half and a matte copper color on top – a first for Nevera. The rims also get a matching copper and black color combination. Furthermore, the door features 15-anniversary badging, while Rimac’s unique circuit board-like design pattern along the length of the hypercar.
On the inside, the Anniversary Edition Rimac Nevera gets copper anodized switchgear and copper-painted surfaces to match the exterior. Additionally, the armrests are embossed with “one-of-nine” and “2009-2024.” The seats are upholstered in copper-colored leather, and the number “15” is embossed into the headrests. Buyers of the limited edition will get a choice to finish the cabin in bold black or pristine white.

Rounding out the package is a bespoke luggage set that matches the chosen interior. There’s no word on powertrain upgrades, which suggests it’s identical to the standard Nevera. The electric hypercar is powered by four e-motors placed at each wheel, capable of producing a combined output of 1888hp. It can accelerate from 0-60mph in 1.75 seconds and hit a top speed of 258mph.

Mate Rimac began his journey by converting his 1984 BMW E30 3 Series into an electric car before founding the eponymous company in 2009. Two years later, Rimac revealed the Concept_One, which started reaching customers in 2016. The C_Two debuted in 2018, which served as a preview to the Nevera. Mate Rimac said: “Honestly, when I started to tinker with my first car in a garage, I couldn’t have even dreamt of being where we are 15 years later.
There were so many times in the early years that we really thought the company wouldn’t make it, so reaching the 15-year milestone felt like it was worthy of a celebration. The 15th Anniversary Edition Nevera is the car that marks our progress, revealing just how far we’ve come.”
