The Conjuring 4Â finally has a confirmed release date, although we’ve still got the wait for the Warrens’ final case.
On July 9, 2024, Warner Bros announced that the currently-untitled final Conjuring movie will be released in September 2025.
We don’t yet know what The Conjuring 4 will be about, but we do know that it’ll mark the final outing for Ed and Lorraine Warren. It might not be the end of the entire universe though, which has expanded to include multiple spin-offs.
We do know though that Michael Chaves â who directed The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It and The Nun II â is directing the new movie, while Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick â who wrote the second and third movies â is writing the fourth.
Now that we have a release date, here’s everything you need to know about The Conjuring 4
The Conjuring 4 release date: When can we expect The Conjuring 4?
The Conjuring 4 will be released in cinemas on September 5, 2025, barring any production delays.
According to The Hollywood Reporter in February 2024, the movie was set to start filming this summer in Atlanta, but we’ve have no word since whether that is still the plan.
Now that it’s got a release date, we’d assume that filming will start soon in order to hit that September release date. However, Warner Bros has yet to confirm when production will get underway.
