In a recent discussion, trade expert Komal Nahta opened up about being excluded from several film events due to his unfavorable reviews. Despite this setback, he took the opportunity to commend actors Aamir Khan and Salman Khan for their mature approach to criticism. Nahta highlighted how these stars remain receptive to feedback, regardless of its nature.

During an interview with actor Vishal Malhotra, Nahta recounted watching Laal Singh Chaddha months prior to its release in August 2022 and candidly warned Aamir about its possible shortcomings.

Touching on the notion of petty revenge within the film industry, Komal emphasized that some artists, including Aamir and Salman Khan, rise above such negativity. He recalled the experience of sharing his honest critique of Laal Singh Chaddha with Aamir, noting that despite delivering harsh feedback, Aamir did not attempt to sway Nahta’s opinion or distance himself, showcasing remarkable maturity.

Additionally, Nahta reflected on his rapport with Salman Khan, noting that regardless of whether his reviews are positive or negative, their relationship has not changed. He reiterated his commitment to honesty in his reviews, believing it is his duty not to mislead even a small fraction of his audience.
