Both the films have been scheduled to release on the day of Diwali, which is November 1.
Salman Khan in Singham Returns: The news of Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Ajay Devgn’s Singham Again releasing on the same date has been creating buzz for quite a while now. Though there were reports that the makers are in discussion to avoid the clash, nothing of that sort happened. And now both films will be releasing on Diwali – November 1. Amid everything, a report has surfaced that Salman Khan is confirmed to make a cameo in the cop universe and he will reprise his much-popular role of Chulbul Pandey from Dabang franchise.
“It’s one of the biggest crossovers of all time, as after years of wait, Salman Khan as Chulbul Pandey will finally meet Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singham in the third Singham film. It’s not an extended appearance like Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff, but Shetty is sure to tease the audience with a glimpse of Bajirao Singham and Chulbul Pandey in the same frame. It’s only Rohit Shetty, who could pull off this mega-crossover, that Indian Cinema lovers had been asking for the longest time,” reported Pinkvilla, adding that the two will shoot for a day very soon.
Salman’s entry into Rohit Shetty’s universe has created a wave of excitement among fans. Many took their social media handles to share how this announcement (though unofficial) has changed the entire game for them. Audience was planning to watch Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa on first day, but their interest has now shifted to Singham Again – all because of their favourite superstar Salman Khan’s cameo. Many, in fact, asked the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa to reconsider their release date because of the pressure that has built now.
One of the users commented, “Dear Kartik Aaryan, now its right time to postpone Bhool Bhulaiyaa”. Another wrote, “Aag Lag jaaegi cinema halls me. Makers of BB3 should seriously postpone their film now.” One fan went on to write that it’s “Game over for Bhool Bhulaiyaa”
The film also stars Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff.
